The Origins of Scholars

Scholars At Your Service was born in Ottawa, where a prize-winning business plan won national accreditation through the Association of Canadian Entrepreneurs (ACE). This business model was developed with a focus that mitigated risk while supporting student learning, fostering core business values in today’s youth. With a heavy training focus, Scholars introduced a multi-tiered program that is tailored personally to each franchisee, ensuring that every representative of Scholars offers the same level of professionalism and value.

By focusing on the program, and on measureable academic outcomes for each franchisee through the Scholars Training Modules, Scholars was able to attract top students from leading Universities across Ontario and Quebec. In 2009, the Scholars program became recognized by leading Universities, and has become an accredited internship in certain institutions. Now, Scholars offers a multi-service platform in both Ontario and Quebec with further expansion planned for 2011.

In addition to the program development, Scholars has a rich community history. Scholars continues to build on core company values through contributing thousands of dollars of free work within major city centers across Ontario and Quebec, giving back to communities, and those less fortunate. This contribution is a staple in our business ethic, and these contracts are some of our proudest jobs, and a key element of Scholars History.
